By creating a profile or using Bhet Gath, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not register.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to marry in India to use Bhet Gath. Parents or legal guardians may manage a profile on behalf of an adult family member.

2. Accurate Information

You agree to provide true and accurate information. Misrepresenting marital status, age, profession, income, education or community is a violation of these terms and may lead to account termination.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

• Use the platform only for genuine matrimonial purposes.
• Do not upload false, obscene, defamatory or copyrighted content.
• Do not share contact details in profiles or photos.
• Do not create fake profiles or impersonate others.
• Do not harass, abuse, threaten or solicit money from members.
• Do not attempt to access another member's private information.

4. Accounts & Verification

Your profile must pass phone and email verification. Bhet Gath may, at its discretion, require additional verification (including Aadhaar or family verification) to display verification badges. We reserve the right to reject, suspend or remove profiles that do not comply with these terms.

5. Paid Services

Premium plans and coin packages enhance your experience (e.g. contact reveal, priority matching, shortlists). Payment is due before activation. We may update pricing with advance notice. Coin and plan credits are non-transferable.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Bhet Gath (logo, text, design, code) is our property. You may not copy, modify or reproduce our platform without written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Bhet Gath provides a platform for introductions. We verify profiles to the best of our ability but cannot guarantee the character, background or behaviour of any member. Families are advised to complete independent due diligence before finalising an alliance.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bhet Gath and its operators shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

9. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms without notice. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the state where we operate.
